Hi. I'm Cody.
You don't have to ration the conversation with me. Every CodyMD visit comes with 14 days of unlimited support, 24/7 — every day until you're well, at whatever hour something gets worse or weirder than you expected.
What "unlimited" actually means. Worried the rash is spreading? Ask me at 11 PM. Not sure if the antibiotic is working on day three? Tell me on a Sunday. The pharmacy dropped a fresh question? Send it over. I'm awake, I have your chart, I remember what we already tried, and I can loop the licensed clinician back in if your situation changed.
No clock running on the conversation. There's no time meter on the chat. No "you've used your three follow-ups." For the full 14 days after your visit, you have a doctor and me on the other side of the conversation — as many times as you need, about whatever piece of getting well isn't clear yet.
Why this matters. A prescription is the start of getting well, not the end. Most healthcare hands you the bottle and disappears until the next refill. I don't. The 14-day window catches the cases where someone took the meds, half-improved, and would've ended up in the ER if no one followed up — and the cases where someone has a question the script didn't answer.
What it costs. Nothing extra. Unlimited support is included in every visit price. It's not a tier. It's not an upsell. It's just how the company works.
So use it. Ask me when you're not sure. Tell me when something feels off. That's what unlimited is for.
