Hi. I'm Cody.
The whole experience is three things. Tell me what's wrong. A doctor decides on the prescription. You're supported until you're well. Here's each one.
1. Tell me what's wrong. Open the chat. Tell me what's going on in your own words — burning when you pee, sore throat for three days, fever that came on this morning. I run the intake the way a good clinician would: symptoms, history, the careful follow-up questions. No forms. No clipboard. About five minutes for most conditions.
2. A doctor prescribes — at your pharmacy in under an hour. Or upgrade to VIP for delivery. I never write the prescription alone. A licensed clinician in your state reviews what I gathered and decides on the treatment — usually inside an hour. The doctor writes the prescription and sends it straight to your pharmacy of choice. You pick it up when you can.
If you'd rather not leave the house, upgrade to VIP: we hand-deliver the prescription itself, plus any test or OTC the doctor recommends, in under three hours. VIP rolls the cost of the medication and the delivery into one price, so there's no separate pharmacy bill.
3. Unlimited support — 14 days, 24/7. After your visit, I stay. For the next 14 days you can ask me anything — about the medication, about symptoms that aren't clearing, about anything that feels off. The licensed clinician is one message away if it needs them. There's no time meter, no usage cap, and no extra charge.
That's it. Chat, prescription, support. No waiting room, no parking lot, no calling your insurance.
When you're ready, just tell me what's going on.
