    The CodyMD guarantee is two simple things — neither of them buried in fine print.

    1. You're only charged when the doctor serves you. Open the chat, share what's going on, and a licensed clinician reviews everything I gather. If the doctor writes you a prescription, you pay. If the doctor decides treatment isn't right for you — or that you should be seen in person — the visit closes and no charge ever hits your card. No intake fee. No "consultation" fee. No anything.

    That's different from most healthcare you've used. The standard model bills you for showing up. We don't bill you until you're actually being treated.

    2. If something's not right, we'll make it right. If the medicine doesn't do what it should, tell me. If you're not feeling better, tell me. If something about the experience was off, tell me. A real person at CodyMD reads what you wrote, and we fix it. That could mean a new prescription at no extra cost, a referral to in-person care, or a refund — whichever actually makes you whole.

    We're not running a "satisfaction policy" out of a help-center document. The same doctors who own and operate CodyMD are responsible for what happens when something goes sideways. Their reputation is the guarantee.

    Why we can do this. Because a licensed clinician decides every visit, not a model. Because the price is tied to the outcome — a doctor's decision in your hands. Because we don't get paid until you actually get what you came for.
